Do you realize that God will not answer prayers during the 7 years of Tribulation? Satan will rule over everyone on the planet and God will not intervene.
The Rapture is coming, whether you believe in it or not…so how do you prepare so that you don’t get left behind?
Many people wait to find Jesus because we treat Him like a fad or a style.
“Oh I tried Jesus once and He just wasn’t a good fit for me.”
We think we are too cool for rules; we are sinful, prideful (nothing new there- rebellion was the original sin).
Have you noticed how most stars stay affixed to the sky? Or how a bird instinctually knows how to fly? What happened when we were children and didn’t obey the rules? I know some of us got kicked out, forever estranged.
What we don’t realize is that this is God’s creation, not ours – God has rules.
I’m also here to let you know, it doesn’t matter what you think life is all about (I know it’s a serious blow to the ego). It doesn’t matter if you think you’re brilliant, or what elaborate theory you hold. For some reason we think we can decide what we want in a Creator (or choose to deny His existence completely!) We pick and choose which rules we want to follow and which ones to ditch, as if our souls were convenience stores. We even have the nerve to think as humans, we can transform into gods!
I had always thought I was hyper-advanced, spiritually – rules and Jesus were for idiots. I had everything so flipped upside down, yet I couldn’t figure out why my life was always so messed up!
When I became born-again, I didn’t understand much about what Jesus really was, I only knew that I wanted to know truth in all ways and in all things. I was so sick of being confused! When I checked my ego at the door, I began reading the bible and asking God for help. I found a few pastors I could resonate with, and slowly things began to unfold, turn around, and bad habits effortlessly fell away.
Don’t get me wrong – being a Christian is a hard road! I’m still totally confused, but the rewards are so worth it.
There are many different levels to accepting Jesus Christ, depending on how deep you are willing to go, and like anything in life, the first step is acceptance.
So, let me ask: are you ready?
If you are sincere, just take a quiet moment to read and repeat these words:
Father God, in the name of Jesus, thank you for your Son Jesus Christ who died on the cross because of my sins and the sins of this world. I believe that Jesus Christ came to earth, The Holy God in the form of a man, lived, was crucified, hung on a cross, died and was buried, rose up on the 3rd day and that same Jesus Christ was God in the flesh. I believe that Jesus Christ did all this for ME, and I accept Jesus Christ as MY Lord and Savior. I am confessing with MY own mouth and I do believe in MY own heart that He truly is God. I confess MY sins to you and you alone and I am asking for forgiveness. I am repenting for all the wrong I have done and for dishonoring and disrespecting the Life and Death of MY Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want to be a part of The Royal Kingdom of God, please forgive and accept me and be MY Lord and Savior.
The most important thing you can do as a new Christian, and for the entirety of your earthly life, is to read the Bible. If it’s confusing, get an easier version to read. This is a beginners manual; a gift from my amazing pastors:
